Refund Policy
There is strictly no refund for all items except some special issue occurs. Please take note that we are unable to accept any refunds or replacements once the orders left the Little Moomoocraft Warehouse. The buyer has the responsibility to review all information provided on our website relating to refunds and replacements.
However, there are some criterias eligible for refunds or replacements. The refund is possible when’ the buyer received an incomplete product. For example, missing quantity. The replacement is possible when the buyer received the wrong product or product with damage. The refund or replacement will only begin processing once we have received the return parcel of the rejecting product. We will approve or reject the refund or replacement requested after a quality check on the rejecting product. The refund process usually takes around 1- 2 weeks after we receive the bank details from the buyer.
