Who is your shipping partner?

We will use Postlaju, FMX, City Link, DHL ,Gdex, Lalamove, J & T express or EMS (for Foreiner) as our shipping partners. You’ll be informed of your package courier and the respective tracking number in the shipping confirmation email or messege we send out.

If you would like to self pick up your order, you can choose the self pick-up option when you place your order.

How do I track my order?

After you finish purchasing an order, You’ll get a confirmation email with your order details and tracking number. 

How long does shipping takes?

We usually pack your orders the next day after you are done making payment.
For West Malaysia, it will take 2-5 working days to arrive and for East Malaysia, it will take 4-8 working days to arrive. However, there may be delays on Monday, Public Holidays, and Company Trips. But no worries, these peak times should only delay you a few days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! International shipping is available. Email us at to give us your order list and request for shipping rates to your country. We would be delighted to check for you.

How long is internationally ship?

We provide shipping to all around the world. We cannot gurantee how many days it takes for shipping worldwide. Email us at to request the shipping rates.

What if I havent receive my order?

Something might have gone wrong if you still haven’t received your order within 8 business days after you’ve placed your order and made payment.


The first thing you can do is check your order status. Contact us if your order status is not shipped, otherwise check whether the shipping address is correct.


If nothing is wrong there, track your shipping status via the courier’s site. Check with the respective courier company to see if they’re holding your order and contact us if they’re unable to find it.

How if I give wrong shipping address?

Please email us at as soon as possible to make a change to your shipping address. We will not be responsible for any orders delivered to an incorrect delivery address provided by you.

How should I cancel or change order?

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please email us at If your order has shipped, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or change your order.

How if I want to Return my order?

Unfortunately once the materials have been sent out, we will not entertain any returns or change of products due to wrong product ordered or change of mind. 

How do I choose store pick up?

You can choose the self pick-up option when you place an order. However, you have to Whatsapp or Facebook inbox us and let us know the date and time you coming for pick up.

We are open Tue-Sun from 10am until 5pm.

What if my order been damage?

If a parcel arrives damaged, snap photos of the damaged box before you open the parcel. Then open the package and carefully check your goods for signs of damage. If they do prove to be damaged, take photos of any damaged items. Reseal the box, send us the photos and we will arrange a reverse pick up. We will then resend you a new set of items. Please note that you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Don’t forget to keep all damaged goods and their packaging as you may be required to return these to us. Once we receive your parcel, only then will we resend another set to you.
